We have an established employee base with nominal employee turnover and no industrial relations strikes or disputes in the history of Winslow.

With in excess of 200 employees, a significant resource base, state of the art equipment, specialised technology, experienced engineers and staff together with a focus on our clients'needs, Winslow has the reputation and capability to deliver civil construction projects to the standard required for the modern era.


	Managing Director and Management Committee: Dino Strano Group Managing Director Founder – B. Eng Founder of the Winslow Group, Dino Strano has overseen the substantial growth of Winslow since its inception in 1985. With more than 30 years experience in all aspects of civil engineering, project management, residential and commercial development and property investment, Dino Strano has been an integral part of the civil construction industry.
	Trevor Lockwood Group General Manager - Finance; B.Bus – G.Dip.Comm, FCPA, Registered Tax Agent Joined the group in 1999 after being the groups external accountant at Ernst & Young. Trevor is responsible for the groups financial control, financial management and planning, corporate taxation and commercial requirements.
	Steve Traicevski General Manager – Construction B. Eng Commenced with Winslow in 1993 and has responsibility for the general management of Winslow. Steve has overseen the construction of all civil engineering projects and has been an active participant in the substantial growth of the business over this period. Current responsibilities include client relationships, human resources management, subcontractor and supplier management. Steve previously held responsibility for all construction activities undertaken by Winslow.
	Rohan Davidson Construction Manager – Construction Commenced with Winslow in 1993 and has responsibility for all residential construction activities undertaken by Winslow. Rohan has managed construction of civil projects throughout Victoria and has been responsible for most of Winslow's largest projects during his employment. Rohan has diverse experience in residential land development and road infrastructure projects around Victoria.
	Peter Albert Operations Manager – Construction Commenced with Winslow in 1987 and has responsibility for all civil construction operational activities undertaken by Winslow. Responsibilities include industrial relations, resource requirements and coordination, continuous improvement programs, subcontractor management and supplier performance.
